When we started looking for a home, it was a time where there was not much inventory (as summer was winding down), however Sarah kept us motivated and positive. Our deal was complicated because we set a firm budget and couldn't go above it, even though most of what we saw that was realistic in meeting our needs was at least $30K above where we wanted to be.

We made a few offers that didn't get accepted and one day Sarah called us telling us about a place that wasn't on the market. She had call expired listings for us and convinced the sellers to show it to us and the rest, as they say, was history. I met Sarah in the fall of 2009 through a friend of mine whom Sarah worked with. She came highly recommended and I learned quickly why.
